Chapter 65 Weird
Chapter 65 Weird
Pollalid watched silently as Maria, Elisa, and Alina separated the group into men and women.
Maria Elisa led the men to the curtains and made them stand facing the wall, while Alina examined the girls' bodies.
Pollalid then closed his eyes, unable to bear looking any longer.
Despite their different appearances, genders, and ages, the numb expressions on their faces seemed to have been carved from the same mold.
As Polid listened to Alina and Maria Elisa describe the diseases the women suffered, he grew increasingly horrified. Most of the women bore scars, and several young girls, though small, showed signs of having had sexual intercourse more than ten times, judging from their hymens. Some also had genital ulcers. According to them, they had originally suffered from illnesses that they intended to die from, but were forcibly given medication, which cured them, allowing them to continue their miserable lives.
Pollalid felt this might be the most tragic thing he had ever seen in his life—many of the people in that group were minors who had been tricked into coming here and were being tortured.
What a bunch of devils! Pollard felt a pang in his heart.
After a while, someone knocked on the door. Maria Elisa opened the door and found that Ancadis had returned.
"Did you get rid of that painting?"
“Yeah, it’s taken care of. You haven’t reminded me yet, but besides that old man’s photos in women’s clothing, there were also a bunch of nude and semi-nude photos of children hanging in that room.” Ankadis waved the bag in his hand—it was filled with the ashes of various photos. “I ran into a few more people on the way, and I almost pulled out my gun and shot them.”
“I had this thought the first time I came here,” Maria Elisa shrugged. “But I only have one gun, and I also want to know who committed such a heinous crime.”
“I have a clue. Let’s go outside and talk.” Ankadis knew that the group inside were having their bodies checked, so he took Maria and Elisa outside to talk.
When Pollard saw Maria Elisa leave, he deliberately stood behind the group of boys to prevent them from turning around.
After closing the door and seeing that no one was in the hallway, Ankadis lowered her voice and said to Maria Elisa, "Do you remember Ultraman?"
“I remember, I bumped into him before, and he called me a bookworm with super high fighting skills.” Maria Elisa rolled her eyes. “Then I ambushed him, and he was unconscious for three days.”
Ankadis coughed twice, suppressing a laugh, and said, "That old man didn't have time to delete anything before he died. After I looked through his chat history, I found that his chat history with Otto was different from that of his other illegitimate children."
"In his chat logs with Otto, he mentioned a place abbreviated as UH several times. If I remember correctly, Otto sent the old man quite a few women before he died."
"If that's the case, then Ultraman's connection to this place is probably quite significant." Maria Elisa began to ponder, "UH, UH could be..."
“Underground heaven,” Ankadis replied.
“An underground paradise? They really know how to pat themselves on the back,” Maria Elisa sneered.
“You said you had a plan,” Ankadis said. “So when do you plan to make your move?”
"Let's get them under control first. I'm afraid I won't be able to control them if there are too many," Maria Elisa said, signaling to the guards on another spaceship before walking back in the direction they had come from.
Ancadis followed closely behind Maria Elisa.
The guards received the message and arrived quickly, attracting the attention of the entire town along the way.
But nobody in the town bothered them—because they were all carrying guns and looked intimidating, and nobody knew which rich person had entered that place; it wasn't really their business.
Based on the coordinates sent by Maria Elisa, the guards quickly located the dilapidated brick house.
Upon entering the dilapidated brick house, the captain of the guards saw the receptionist, who had been tied up by Maria Elisa. Maria Elisa was pointing a gun at the receptionist with one hand and looking at a map with the other. The communication system had long been destroyed.
Ancadis leaned against the wall, a smile playing on his lips, watching everything Maria Elisa did.
The boss who was currently paying his salary seemed to be busy with his own work. The captain felt a pang of anxiety and quickly waved for two team members to go and take control of the front desk. He then walked up to Maria Elisa—Ancadis had previously stated that they were under the care of this adopted daughter.
Seeing the captain salute her, Maria Elisa stopped what she was doing, put away her gun, and returned the salute. She then took out a map, drew a few circles on it, and said, "This place has 18 floors underground. Right now, the guards are all distributed in these areas. But don't worry, you have guns. If you see them with weapons, just shoot them down."
“Don’t kill him, I need him alive,” Maria Elisa instructed.
The captain nodded, then turned to announce the plan to his team. Led by Maria and Elisa, they quickly conquered the entire Underground Heaven.
Ancadis watched as Maria Elisa divided the guards into small teams of varying sizes and then assigned them tasks according to the number of people in each team.
Ankadis smiled as he watched Maria Elisa successfully organize the Underground Heaven people according to their professions, then looked at the wide-eyed captain of the guards beside him, and then at Maria Elisa again.
The suspects have been arrested; the next step is interrogation.
Maria Elisa glanced around, then randomly pointed to someone, told him to stand up, and asked, "Who's in charge here? I need to speak with your administrator and have that person come out."
The person designated was a fat man with a beer belly. He slowly stood up, feeling about four gun barrels pointed at his head. He broke out in a cold sweat, looked around nervously, and then pointed to the best-dressed man among them: "It's him."
The best-dressed man, seeing that he had been chosen, gave the beer-bellied man a cold, sidelong glance before slowly standing up from his seat.
Actually, Maria Elisa had noticed him from the beginning—because everyone else was crouching down with their heads in their hands, while he was sitting on a chair—but as long as he was under control, Maria Elisa didn't bother with him.
"Are you the manager here?" Maria Elisa asked.
“Yes, that’s right, I am.” The best-dressed man didn’t seem afraid at all. “I am Atana, the person in charge of the Otolay family here. Who are you? On what grounds are you arresting us?”
"Could you please get this straight first? I'm the one asking you a question." Maria Elisa looked at the man in front of her and rubbed the laser gun in her hand.
Atana glanced at the woman in her early twenties in front of him and snorted coldly. He didn't think these people would dare to do anything to him. In his opinion, this greenhorn girl was probably a new police officer in town who wanted to make a name for herself, but she was too arrogant and set her sights on this place.
"What's wrong? Haven't I paid enough money here? Don't be so greedy," Atana said arrogantly.
Pay money? Hearing these two words, Maria Elisa became even more vigilant—they were colluding with the local police and were quite audacious.
"I'll say it again, I'm the manager of the Autolai family here. You'd better think twice before you fight the Autolai family." Atana saw that the woman in front of him hadn't spoken for a long time, and assumed that she was afraid, so he became even more arrogant.
"Ah, so you know that this planet is already under the name of Maria Elisa Autolai of the Autolai family?" Alina, who had been standing aside watching for a while because she was tired from seeing patients, couldn't help but speak up.
Atana frowned, as if wondering where Miss Maria Elisa Otolay had sprung from.
After thinking for a while, Atana finally remembered: "You mean that adopted daughter? You really don't think those rich people would bother with these things, do you? Especially that weirdo with all those bizarre ideas."
Maria Elisa, whose mind is full of bizarre ideas: ...
Maria Elisa asked again, "Then do you know who I am?"
"What? Aren't you the newly appointed police officer here?" Atana squinted at Maria Elisa.
Then Atah saw that the woman B pulled out a symbol from the quantum computer.
Upon seeing the symbol clearly, Atana's eyes widened suddenly—for the symbol was none other than the coat of arms of the Otolay family.
“Oh, now let me introduce myself. I’m Maria Elisa Otolay,” Maria Elisa said with a grin. “I’m the oddball from the Otolay family.”
