Chapter 67 Crackdown on Prostitution!!!
Chapter 67 Crackdown on Prostitution!!!
Maria Elisa, who was originally planning to set up the chandelier so she could shoot at people from any angle once they arrived: ...
Maria Elisa had no choice but to climb back into the hollow box that was suspended in the air and used as a decoration, while Pollard changed into a waiter's clothes and mingled with a group of waiters, standing there waiting for the others to arrive.
After waiting for about an hour or two, people finally arrived. Maria Elisa heard people talking, and some began to admire the decorations of the hall.
“Even though I’ve been here many times, I’m still amazed by the decorations,” one man exclaimed.
“That’s right, absolutely.” Someone nearby chimed in.
“Oh, what a handsome gentleman. Mr. Cakrasti, is he here with you today?” Maria Elisa heard another hoarse male voice say.
Then Maria Elisa heard an old male voice: "Yes, he came to the banquet with me. Let me introduce you, this is Mr. Hankla Greitz, an outstanding student at Kinkles Military Academy."
Upon hearing the name Hankla Greitz, Maria Elisa patted her face to perk herself up—this second male lead was actually here, which made things even easier; perhaps she could also take care of the missions of those two outsiders while she was at it.
Polalid, however, was not so excited. He mingled among the waiters and saw that face—the face he had once thought to be gentle and kind.
Why is Hankla here? Pollalid was momentarily stunned and almost dropped the tray in his hands.
After realizing what had happened, Pollalid immediately steadied the tray in his hands, but his mind was still wondering why Hankla had come here.
Was he tricked into coming here? Pollalid thought to himself—he really didn't want to believe that the junior he had so much in common with at school could be this kind of person.
Seeing Hankla talking to the people around him, Pollalid walked towards them, and once he felt he could hear them clearly, he walked around them with the tray in his hand.
“Gretz? I’ve heard of you.” The man with a bulbous nose who was chatting with Kakarasi Kakrasti and Hankla said, “Weren’t you on the news? You know… the one who nurtured the hope flower with the full strength of the tribe, I remember you remember that made a lot of money for your hometown.”
“Yes, that’s right, sir, it’s me,” Hankel said with a smile.
"Then you'd better seize this opportunity," the man with the round nose said with a smile. "To be able to gain Mr. Cakrasti's favor, you're really blessed by the god of luck."
Hearing this, Hankla's eyes lit up slightly: "Indeed, it is thanks to Mr. Kakrasti's kindness that I have been able to come to this place where only the upper class can stay."
"I remember there are quite a few girls here who were abducted from your planet," the man with the bulbous nose casually remarked.
Hankla's expression changed immediately. Kakrasti didn't step in to help, but instead looked at Hankla with interest, wondering what kind of answer he would give next.
"That's their honor." Hankel adjusted her expression and resumed her original smiling face.
After hearing those words, Pollalid didn't even know how he managed to stop himself from dumping the contents of the tray on Hankla's head. His mind went blank, and he moved away from the crowd.
"Wow, Pollard's personality transformation is complete!" In Maria Elisa's consciousness space, the system WQBYRZM, whose presence was barely perceptible, finally spoke.
"Ah, really? Are you leaving now that the transformation is complete?" Maria Elisa heard what the system WQBYRZM in her mind said, so she paid attention to what the system WQBYRZM and Lu Renkui were saying, while listening to the sounds outside, and then opened her light brain to check the camera she had placed earlier.
“Yeah, that’s right,” Lu Renkui said. “It seems like we can’t be of much help here.”
“You’re not in a hurry to leave, are you?” Maria Elisa saw through the camera that Otto had already taken a microphone and walked towards the stage in the middle of the hall.
“There’s no rush, what’s wrong?” System WQBYRZM asked.
"Since there's no rush, let's watch this show first before we leave." Seeing that no one in the hall had brought guards, Maria Elisa sent a message to the others to begin the operation.
A vibration came from his wrist. Pollard raised his wrist and saw a message from Maria Elisa: You can make your move now.
Pollalid took a deep breath, shook his head to clear Hankla's mind, and casually walked to the hall door. He secretly picked the lock—Polalid had learned to pick locks before when he didn't have a key and sneaked out to play, so that his father wouldn't find out.
Now that most of the people have arrived, Ultraman is speaking on the platform, and Maria Elisa turns on the recording function of her personal computer and records everything Ultraman says.
Ott held the microphone, his eyes darting around—he didn't know why, but he felt something was off, though he couldn't quite put his finger on it.
But the guests couldn't wait any longer, and several of them had already reached out and grabbed the "slaves" of Underground Heaven next to them, groping them wantonly.
"What am I thinking?" Ultraman thought to himself. "No one's come to cause trouble yet, so I should be able to relax."
Otto swallowed hard, wanting to give himself some time to process what he was saying, but before he could finish, he heard hurried footsteps outside the door, followed by a group of fully armed men rushing in. They were all carrying guns, and the leader was shouting, "Hands up, everyone! Anyone who disobeys will be shot on sight!"
The people in the hall fell silent instantly—the guests were all frightened by the scene; none of them had expected that someone would come to arrest them.
The first to react was Ott. He frowned, coughed twice, and was about to say something when he heard a gunshot—a laser beam grazed his face and blew off one of his ears.
Ott covered the spot where his ear had been, the pain filling his mind with rage. He looked up, wanting to see who this audacious person was.
When he saw who had knocked off his ear, Ultraman's anger turned into disbelief and horror—he saw Maria Elisa crawl out of a suspended ornament in the center of the hall.
"Didn't you hear me, Ultraman? Looks like you're really getting old, your hearing isn't what it used to be." Maria Elisa was twirling the laser gun in her hand—Lu Renkui was genuinely afraid she might accidentally pull the lever and hurt herself.
After spinning the laser gun three times, Maria Elisa grabbed it, placed her finger on the lever, and then jumped off the ornament, landing steadily on the ground.
“Didn’t you hear what I just said? I’ll repeat it to you now: Everyone, hands up! Anyone who disobeys will be shot on sight!” Maria Elisa raised her laser gun, pointed the muzzle at Ultraman’s head, and said with a smile, “Please put your hands up. I need your cooperation in my investigation.”
“Maria Elisa, how dare you? You know that the people who came here today are…” Ott was about to say something when another gunshot rang out—he was shot in the knee.
With a wail from Ultraman, those in the venue who were not under control raised their hands—because they saw Maria and Elisa turn their heads toward them.
But some people still seem fearless—like Kakarasi Kakrasti and Whip Alark.
Kakarasi Kakrasti coughed twice, then tapped the ground twice with his cane: "I think there might be some misunderstanding between us. May I ask, miss, what is your name?"
“Maria Elisa Ortolay,” Maria Elisa replied with a smile.
“Oh, it seems you are the adopted daughter of the late Mr. Autolai,” Kakarasi Kakrasti took two steps forward. “Neither you nor your brother Ankadis Autolai are very sociable. Let me introduce myself to you now. I am…”
“I don’t want to know who you are. A group of people are doing this kind of immoral thing here without my permission. I have to do something about it.” Maria Elisa gave Kakarasi Kakrasti no chance to speak.
Kakarasi Kakrasti hadn't expected Maria Elisa to be so clueless about social niceties. He coughed twice, signaling to Hankla Greitz beside him to speak up for him.
“It was just an ordinary banquet. Perhaps someone said something inappropriate to Miss Maria Elisa Ortolay, causing her to misunderstand,” Hankla Greitz said.
“You’re Hankla Greitz, right?” Maria Elisa looked at Hankla. “May I ask, in what capacity are you trying to persuade me about this? A morally corrupt alumnus? Or a hypocrite?”
Hankla's face turned deathly pale.
Hewlett-Packard coldly watched as Cakrasti and his men spoke to Maria Alyssa, then winked at Alaria (Alaria) beside him.
Aralia dared not resist, so she said, “I think we are completely in compliance. This is just a place to have fun. Besides, this place was built when Mr. Autolai was still alive. According to the laws of interstellar inheritance, you have no right to take over this place, and you have even less reason to deprive us of our right to seek pleasure.”
“Yes, yes, I know this place should be under Anx’s jurisdiction.” Maria Elisa rolled her eyes at Alaria (Aralia) and completely ignored the remark about depriving someone of the right to seek pleasure.
"Then you still dare to..."
"Shut up, I don't want to talk to a neutered duck. Your voice is awful, doesn't anyone tell you that?"
Alaria's face turned deathly pale.
"Also, Anx is here, and everything here was done with his permission." Maria Elisa gestured towards the hall door.
Everyone turned around and saw Ankadis, with his wine-red hair, standing there.
