Chapter 10 Zetton vs. Silizan, Ultraman Tiga
Chapter 10 Zetton vs. Silizan, Ultraman Tiga
Onoda, a frontline journalist, received a call from his boss urging him to submit his article. He replied that there was no rush, since the GUTS team hadn't made any moves yet!
No, the Victory Team probably doesn't know yet! He turned around, ready to continue chatting and drinking his milk.
Xincheng arrived at the scene to investigate, while other reporters were following and reporting. The mischievous Xincheng made a strong appearance on camera.
The corpse was emitting an unbearable stench, and Digjing went on a rant, while Xincheng joined in with a stand-up comedy routine.
Onoda sat in his office, the urgent voice of his boss on the other end of the phone: "Onoda, have you seen that news? The body of an unknown being found near the county town, that's big news! Go investigate it immediately and write a report."
Onoda leisurely took a sip of milk and replied with a smile, "Boss, don't worry, after all, the GUTS team hasn't made a move yet! They might not even know about this news yet!"
The leader sighed helplessly: "Onoda, you're always so slow. Okay, I'll hang up now. Get moving as soon as possible."
Onoda put down the phone, turned around, and prepared to continue chatting and drinking milk with his colleagues. He was an optimistic and cheerful person who could always find enjoyment in his busy work.
At the same time, Shinjo Hori, as a member of the Victory Team, also received this mission.
When he arrived at the scene and saw other reporters following and reporting on it, he couldn't help but feel a little nervous.
Xincheng Juejing is a mischievous person, and he decided to make a strong appearance on camera to give the audience a surprise.
He walked in front of the camera, smiled, and said, "Hello everyone, I'm Xincheng Juejing. I'm currently investigating this case of an unknown body near the county town. Please follow our report and let's uncover this mystery together."
Diejing and Shinjo walked together to the body, which was emitting an unbearable stench.
Hori couldn't help but complain, "Shinjo, look at this corpse, it's disgusting! We need to find the answer quickly so everyone can have peace of mind."
Xincheng laughed and played along: "Yeah, Digging Well, we need to step up our game! But now that you mention it, I do think this corpse looks a bit like you!"
Hori's eyes widened, and he exclaimed dramatically, "Shinjo, are you insulting me? I'm a handsome and dashing man, how could I possibly compare to this disgusting corpse?"
The two continued their investigation while chatting and laughing. Their tacit understanding and humor brought a touch of ease and joy to the tense scene.
As the investigation deepened, Hori and Shinjo gradually uncovered the truth about the unknown corpse.
They discovered that the corpse was actually a rare alien creature that had landed on Earth for some reason.
On screen, the reporter's voice came through the television screen; his expression was serious, and a hint of tension flickered in his eyes. He was interacting with a group of people whose faces were filled with doubt and worry.
They were ordinary citizens, feeling helpless and terrified by this sudden disaster. They looked at the reporter, hoping to get some answers from him.
"Excuse me, what are the plans of the Victory Team?" a middle-aged man asked, his voice trembling slightly.
The reporter paused for a moment, then said, "As far as I know, TPC's top leadership has made a decision; they have ordered the Victory Team to take immediate action and burn the bodies."
Upon hearing this news, the public became even more agitated. They expressed their demands and expectations, hoping that the Victory Team could resolve the issue as soon as possible and restore peace.
At TPC headquarters, Munakata and Captain Megumi Iruma were discussing their plan of action. Munakata decided to fish the bodies out to sea and burn them, thus minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment.
Captain Megumi agreed to the plan and ordered Rena to operate Daigo as the support.
Upon hearing the order, Lina immediately sprang into action. She skillfully operated Daigo's mechanical arm, slowly moving the corpse to the designated location.
Faced with such a heavy creature, she could only handle it with the utmost care, like playing with a toy claw machine.
Daigo, watching from the side, couldn't help but praise, "Lina, your claw machine skills are amazing!" His words were slightly mischievous, which successfully made Lina laugh.
At this moment, the Flying Swallow 2 had arrived at the designated area and was hovering in the air, making final preparations.
Onoda, a photographer, also came to the scene. He wanted to capture the moment, but was stopped outside by TPC members.
Onoda looked anxiously at the TPC members and said, "I'm the photographer, I have the right to record all of this!"
The TPC member coldly replied, "That's an order; you can't go in."
Onoda sighed helplessly, but he didn't give up. He decided to look for other opportunities to record this important moment.
Upon receiving the order, Lina immediately began the operation. Her expression was serious, her eyes focused, showing none of her usual cute personality.
She knew that this mission was extremely important, as it concerned the safety of the entire city.
The Flying Swallow II extended its four mechanical arms, firmly grasped the monster's body, and began to slowly ascend. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, but according to the script, if nothing unexpected happened, something was likely to go wrong.
Just then, Lina noticed something was wrong: "How strange, why has the monster become so light?" Her voice revealed a hint of doubt.
The next second, the monster Silizan suddenly transformed into a giant snot, sticking to the ground. This change shocked everyone; they hadn't expected even more outrageous things to follow. The rotting corpse was actually awakened by the impact.
In the distance, the brave and daring strategist quietly approached the scene. While the GUTS team was trying to defeat the monster, he silently watched from afar, enjoying their battle. It seemed to be quite an exciting fight.
Munakata immediately analyzed the monster's trajectory and discovered that Silizan was heading towards the natural gas storage tanks. He quickly ordered Shinjo and Daigo to use missiles to change the monster's course.
However, continuously launching missiles only managed to barely change direction and continue advancing towards uninhabited areas; the missiles didn't cause much damage. Onoda, observing from the sidelines, praised the GUTS team for handling the situation exceptionally well, managing to save the natural gas storage tanks.
Cyrizan swung his hands at Daigo and Rena's Flying Swallow, attacking them. Although the monster successfully struck the plane, causing it to malfunction and crash, they managed to notice in time and parachute to the ground. Daigo and Rena quickly retreated from the battlefield and returned to headquarters, while the other members could only try to hold off the monster. Daigo, however, stayed at a distance to wait for his transformation.
The pilot, Daigo, was the first to see Silizan preparing to leave, and quickly parachuted to the ground to observe carefully. Meanwhile, Duolue realized something was wrong; he couldn't just watch Silizan escape, and was clearly very frustrated. He hastily unleashed the Zetton card, and yet another monster appeared, one that he had been carefully controlling throughout.
“I understand, Master,” Zetton nodded. His appearance wasn't like a dinosaur, but rather evolved from a beetle, covered in a hard, metallic-looking shell. His eyes shone like rubies, yet held a hint of cunning. Zetton's limbs were strong and powerful; each step seemed to shake the earth.
With the arrival of Zetton, the situation on the battlefield shifted. Its purpose was not only to stop Silithan's escape, but also to protect the city and its innocent inhabitants. Zetton possessed formidable combat abilities, and it quickly joined the battle, engaging Silithan in fierce combat.
From afar, Daigo observed all of this, knowing his moment was approaching. He had to find the right opportunity to transform into Ultraman, fight these monsters, and protect his city and his teammates.
Zetton doesn't resemble a dinosaur; rather, it evolved from a beetle, covered in a hard, metallic-looking shell. Its eyes are as bright as rubies, yet they reveal a hint of cunning. Zetton's limbs are strong and powerful, each step seemingly shaking the earth.
Zetton's abilities include: 1. Teleportation, 2. Barrier Protection, 3. Energy Absorption, 4. Red Fireball, and 5. Boomerang Ray. These abilities make him exceptionally agile and powerful in combat.
Silizan's abilities include: 1. Cell regeneration, but he is vulnerable to fire. 2. Body extension. 3. Devouring through the stomach. These abilities give Silizan strong survivability and attack power in combat.
The fundamental reason for choosing to summon a monster was that they hadn't expected Silizan to change course and leave; the immediate reason was that the Zetton card had been trembling for a long time and desperately wanted to fight. As everyone knows, Zetton's sudden appearance here and its fireball attack signified the start of the battle.
A single fireball wasn't enough to significantly damage Sylizan. Zetton then teleported in front of him, teasingly stroking his body with his right hand. Sylizan, enraged at being mocked, was furious and slowly moved closer to Zetton, engaging in hand-to-hand combat. Although Zetton deliberately held back, not using his teleportation ability, his superior physical abilities still allowed him to easily overpower Sylizan.
Daigo, lying on the ground, asked in confusion, "Strange, what's going on? Monsters shouldn't fight; they should all be friends. Why are these two monsters fighting?"
Daigo's doubts were not unfounded. Normally, monsters don't attack each other; they mostly appear in the human world as destroyers. But this time was clearly different; the battle between Zetton and Silizan seemed to have been triggered by some peculiar reason.
Just as the monsters were fighting fiercely, Daigo couldn't resist joining the battle. He immediately transformed into Ultraman Tiga and appeared out of thin air in front of Zetton and Silizan, and the three of them appeared together.
However, just as Daigo transformed into Ultraman Tiga and prepared to intervene in the battle, he was stunned by Zetton's fireball. The battle between Zetton and Silizan then resumed.
Silithan struck first, stretching his body to try and bite Zetton. However, Zetton used a barrier to protect himself and blocked the attack, leaving Silithan's head throbbing.
It was Zetton's turn to attack, launching a red fireball at Silithan. Silithan mitigated the damage with its stomach-devouring ability, but still suffered some harm, as it was still wary of fire.
Unfortunately, Sylisan lacked ranged attack skills, putting him at a disadvantage in the battle. When the game was about to end, Zetton used the Beaufort Ray.
Although Cyrizan possesses cell regeneration abilities, recovery takes time, and faced with Zetton's continuous attacks, it simply couldn't recover in time. Zetton's Bovo Ray, like a laser, struck Cyrizan's body directly, causing massive damage.
Silizan howled in agony, its body gradually weakening under the onslaught of the Beaufort Ray. Despite the power of Zetton's attack, it hadn't forgotten its purpose: to protect the city and its innocent inhabitants.
The system prompted: "Silizan's lootable strength is 100%. Loot now?"
Duolue responded: "Yes, plunder ability activated."
Silizan has turned into a card. At this moment, Daigo wakes up. Daigo only sees the scene of Zetton killing Silizan, and he can imagine just how strong Zetton is.
Daigo quickly assumed a fighting stance, ready to engage Zetton in battle. He was determined to defeat this powerful opponent.
Seeing that Tiga had already assumed a fighting stance, Duolue understood his intention and issued an order: "Zeton, remember, you must hold back and not use your full strength. Pretend to be afraid of the light."
Zetton nodded to indicate that he understood the order to seize power.
Daigo was puzzled when he saw the monster nod. He thought to himself, "The monster actually nodded. It seems to be quite intelligent. Its consciousness must have accepted my challenge. Yes, that's it."
Tiga first transformed into his Power Type and threw a punch forward. Zetton immediately used his teleportation skill to dodge the attack and then retaliated by spitting out a fireball.
Tiga was hit by some flying fireballs, but because his abilities had been slightly enhanced after the battle with Rigadron, he could barely withstand some of the damage from the fireballs.
Daigo pondered, "Since the monster can teleport to dodge, I'll switch to my aerial form and see if your teleportation is better or my speed is better!"
Tiga switched to his aerial form and began chasing Zetton. As time passed, Tiga seemed to discover Zetton's weakness.
"Looks like you can't teleport too far. I've found your weakness!" Daigo thought to himself with delight.
At the critical moment, Tiga finally got as close as possible to Zetton face-to-face, switched to his powerful form, and unleashed a punch that successfully struck Zetton.
Zetton was knocked to the ground, but it easily got back up. After all, its defenses had been enhanced by Gakuma, so it wasn't afraid of Tiga's Power Type at all. There was no point in continuing to exhaust Tiga's energy, so Zetton clasped its hands together and fired the Bobo Ray at Tiga.
Then, Tiga used all his remaining power to unleash a beam of light. Since ancient times, the left side loses in a beam-to-be-attack battle. Although this fighting style is extremely energy-consuming, Tiga's beam slowly approached Zetton, and at the last second, it still struck Zetton.
This battle not only tested Tiga's strength and wisdom, but also demonstrated Zetton's power and cunning.
Duolue immediately issued the order: "Retreat."
Zidane disappeared and turned into a card, which automatically entered the system's card space.
Daigo also believed that he had destroyed Zetton on his own. He felt very satisfied and proud because he had not only protected the city but also proven his abilities.
Onoda filmed the entire battle as a memento. He carefully ensured that he didn't film Doroki or Daigo, only the battle itself.
These images will become his precious memories and a record of this thrilling battle.
After reverting to his original form, Daigo returned to the GUTS headquarters. His teammates breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing him return safely. Rena noticed that Daigo seemed unusually happy today, as if he had done something. She was a little curious but didn't think much of it, because Daigo always gave off a mysterious vibe.
Duolue returned to the Green Membrane Hotel, habitually pushed open the door, and entered his presidential suite to enjoy himself. He sat on the luxurious sofa, closed his eyes, and recalled the battle he had just fought.
He knew that although Zetton had been defeated, it was only a small part of his plan.
The strategist gave Zidane a boost to enhance his energy absorption. After all, a normal Zidane could only absorb ordinary energy. If the enemy's energy attack was too powerful, it couldn't be absorbed.
This is clearly evident from the battle against Zetton in Silver Grid 2. Therefore, Zetton's energy absorption must be enhanced.
The enhanced Zetton will become even more powerful, able to absorb more powerful energy attacks, thus gaining an advantage in battle.
He was very pleased with the enhancements to Zetton, knowing that this would make Zetton a key part of his plans.
