Chapter 804: Target: Jason | Jason’s Hidden Abilities

While Jason was lost in thought, Otto’s patience finally snapped.

"Whatever! No matter what happens today, I’m taking these bastards down!" Otto roared, swinging the massive axe off his back with menacing intent.

Clang!

Cavendish drew Durandal with a backhand flourish, looking annoyed. "Honestly, why is it always one troublesome thing after another?"

As soon as he finished speaking, both men leapt from the staircase, charging straight toward the Straw Hat crew.

"ROAR—!"

With a thunderous howl, Otto’s frame expanded violently. His clothes shredded with a sharp rip, transforming him into a bipedal beast-man standing over five meters tall.

"A monster! A monster is coming!" The G-5 Marines and the Straw Hats were momentarily taken aback.

BOOM!

A powerful gale erupted as Otto swung his great axe, instantly sending a group of G-5 Marines flying.

"Don’t get cocky, you bastard! Diable Jambe: Premier Hachis!"

Sanji, cigarette still dangling from his lips, charged at Otto. He opened with a finishing move, his glowing red feet turning into a blur of phantom strikes as he unleashed a frantic barrage of kicks.

Thud, thud, thud, thud...

A series of heavy impacts echoed as the shockwaves spread, kicking up clouds of dust that filled the air.

"Orcish Heavy Slash!"

Otto let out a violent heave, forcing Sanji back. He then gripped his axe with both hands and delivered a massive downward cleave.

BANG!

The ground shook. The solid concrete floor split instantly under the force of the blade, the sharp edge sinking deep into the floor as a shallow crater webbed with cracks formed around it.

"Dammit! Such ironclad defense and terrifying strength!" Sanji’s face darkened. "He’s a true monster!"

"Roronoa Zoro, prepare to die!"

At that moment, Cavendish lunged at Zoro, his sword thrusting forward with such velocity that it tore through the air, creating a powerful slipstream.

Biken: Blue Bird!

"Coming through! Let’s finish that duel from last time!"

Zoro grinned ferociously. Brandishing his three blades, he slashed forward like a lightning bolt.

Three-Sword Style: Purgatory Oni Giri!

CLANG!

A metallic explosion rang out as the four blades collided. A powerful shockwave erupted, causing the solid ground to crack inch by inch beneath the pressure.

Clang, clang, clang, clang...

The two figures became a blur of high-speed movement, locked in a frantic struggle. The constant ring of clashing steel filled the air, sparks flying amidst the violent gusts of wind.

Seeing Sanji struggling, Nami quickly ordered, "Franky! Brook! Go help Sanji!"

"SUUUPER-ready!" Franky extended his arms, striking a pose.

"Nami-san, you’re sending me against a monster like that? I’ll die!" Brook cried out, clutching his Soul Solid cane sword in terror. A moment later, he cracked a self-deprecating joke: "Though I’m already dead! Yo-ho-ho-ho—!"

The two of them charged toward the ’Orc-form’ Otto to back up Sanji.

Nami paused, glancing up at Jason who was observing from the balcony. Her voice turned grim. "Chopper, Robin, let’s go find Chopper’s ’senior brother.’ He shouldn’t be a front-line combatant!"

"Hehe~ No problem," Robin chuckled softly.

"Right!" Chopper nodded, his eyes fixed on Jason.

Seeing Nami’s plan in motion, Tashigi raised her sword and shouted, "Cover the Straw Hats!"

"You got it!"

"Captain-nee! Leave it to us!"

"We’ll provide the cover!"

The morale of the G-5 Marines surged.

At the second-floor landing, Jason watched Nami, Robin, and the transforming tanuki running toward him. He immediately realized their intent. "Their target is me... clever."

"Surrender, Physician Jason. You don’t want to suffer, do you?" Nami held her Sorcery Clima-Tact, several black clouds floating ominously above her head.

"F-for Doctorine’s sake, I’ll try to be gentle!" Chopper said, looking at Jason.

"Doctorine?!" Jason looked at Chopper in surprise. "You know Dr. Kureha? Who are you to her?"

"Surprised? Physician Jason, Chopper is Doctorine’s prized pupil!" Nami said proudly.

Jason’s eyes narrowed instantly. "So you’re Dr. Kureha’s student. Then it was you who created the antidote for my drug, Doctor Chopper!"

Back when he was in the Drum Kingdom, he had studied medicine under that century-old ’Witch,’ Dr. Kureha. The formulation of M-13 utilized techniques she had taught him. Given that, it made sense that this Chopper could produce an antidote so quickly.

But who analyzed the drug components from the blood? Jason wondered, his face remaining calm while his mind raced.

"D-Doctor Chopper!" Chopper’s eyes went wide, and he started dancing around. "You bastard! Idiot! Even if you praise me, I won’t be happy! (Asshole~!)"

"Er..."

Jason’s lip twitched. Despite himself, he felt a spark of liking for Chopper. Looking at this tanuki who could be considered his ’junior fellow student,’ he decided he would ask the Captain to spare his life after they wiped out the Straw Hats.

"Great Physician Jason, I wonder... can you still mix your potions if your limbs are broken?" Robin crossed her arms, ready to activate her ability.

"Nico Robin, the only woman who can translate the Poneglyphs!" Jason glanced at her, his voice deepening. "You’ve got nerve showing up in the New World. Don’t you know the biggest players in the world are all looking for you?"

"Hehehe~ They’ll have to ask my captain for permission first," Robin laughed lightly, seemingly unbothered.

"Straw Hat, huh... It seems you haven’t seen a real monster yet," Jason’s lips curled into a meaningful smirk as he looked at them.

"Seis Fleurs!"

Without another word, Robin decisively activated her Flower-Flower Fruit powers.

Immediately, six arms sprouted from Jason’s back, locking onto his limbs and head. With one burst of strength, she could snap his neck and break his arms.

"Flower-Flower Fruit..."

Jason was startled but did not panic. In a split second, he twisted his wrist, lightly touching the arms Robin had sprouted on his body.

"Human Body: Total Paralysis!"

The invisible ability activated. With a light struggle, Jason broke free from the joint locks of the six arms.

’This is... my whole body is numb!’

Robin felt a wave of paralysis wash over her, as if she had been injected with a full-body anesthetic. She lost nearly all control over her muscles and collapsed to the floor.

"Robin!"

Nami and Chopper were horrified to see Robin go down in a single exchange.

"You bastard! What did you do to Robin?" Chopper flew into a rage, instantly transforming into his two-meter-tall Heavy Point. He raised a massive fist and swung at Jason.

"..."

Robin opened her mouth, trying to warn Chopper, but the paralysis was so complete she couldn’t even control her speech.

Facing Chopper’s ferocious fist, Jason had no intention of taking it head-on. With a quick step, he dodged to the side.

BOOM!

Chopper’s fist slammed into the wall. The immense force caused the thick structure to shudder violently; stone fragments sprayed everywhere as a cloud of dust rose. The two-meter-thick wall was caved in by half a meter, webbed with over a dozen cracks.

"My turn!"

In that same instant, Jason gave a cunning smirk. He stepped forward and touched Chopper’s arm.
